Delete your HydroFitness account

In the app

• Clients: tap your photo (top right) → Profile → Delete account.
• Coaches: Settings → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and we email you a confirmation.

Without the app

Email admin@hydrofitness.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Client account: your login, profile and everything in it: workout logs, metrics, progress photos, body scans, check-ins and form answers, food diary, tracker, messages, community posts and uploaded files.
• Coach account: your login and profile. Your clients are detached from you and keep their own accounts and history. Messages you sent stay in your clients' history without your name. Any plan billing is canceled.

Deletion can't be undone. Copies in our providers' backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
