Common questions

• I can't sign in. Use "Forgot password" or "Email me a sign-in link" on the login screen. Only the newest email link works.
• Questions about my program or meal plan. Message your coach from the Messages tab.
• Someone is bothering me. Use Report or Block from the ⋯ menu on any message, post or comment. We review every report within 24 hours.
• Delete my account. Settings → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
