These terms are an agreement between you and Black Ocean Group Inc., a Florida corporation, which operates HydroFitness. By creating an account or using HydroFitness you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Health and AI disclaimer
Not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting a new program. Workouts, meal plans, nutrition targets and anything drafted by HydroFitness AI are general fitness and lifestyle information. They are not medical, dietetic or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI drafts can be wrong; your coach reviews them, and you should stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual. Anything you log in the tracker is for your own records only; HydroFitness never recommends what or how much to take.
Accounts
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Coaches are responsible for their own coaching, for having the right to the data they add about clients, and for following the laws that apply to them.
Community and messages
You keep ownership of what you post, and give us a license to store and show it to the people you share it with. You agree not to post content that is:
- harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual, violent or bullying;
- spam, selling, or links to other services;
- someone else's private information, or content you don't have the right to share;
- medical advice or recommendations for supplements, medications or doses.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any post, comment or message and block any user. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.
Payments
Coach plans are billed on the HydroFitness website. Prices, renewals and cancellations are shown before you pay.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings (see Delete your account). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
HydroFitness is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Black Ocean Group Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise, diet or other activities you choose to do. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
